Interview.
How would you describe yourself?
I would describe myself as hard working and dedicated both on and off the golf course with a great attitude to learn and try and improve myself with every day that passes.
What age did you start playing golf and why?
I started playing golf at the age of 3. This came about as i come from a long line of golfers with my Father playing for the national fire brigade team and it was destined for me after receiving my first set of plastic clubs at the age of 3.
How would you say you have developed as a golfer over the past few years?
I would say that my development as a golfer over the last few years has been paramount to the amount of effort and dedication I have put into the game I love. First hand I have experienced how over the last few years I have developed both physically and mentally to approach every challenge that I face on and off the golf course and attack it the best I can.
Who is your favourite golfer and why?
My favourite golfer is Max Homa, this is because I feel he has one of the nicest swings on tour and also it seems he is a really nice and down to earth player even throughout his success. This makes me like him even more as it makes me want to hopefully be like him one day.
What do you intend to study and why?
I’m not sure yet however I would love to study something that may help in the line of a piloting career. This is due to the fact that if the dream of being on the tour somehow does not become a reality I would love to become a pilot as a fallback option.
Other than golf what else do you enjoy doing and why?
I love playing sports, currently I play hockey, football, golf, tennis, swimming and sometimes running. I love sport as I feel it gives you a freedom to free your mind of stress and it also makes you feel so much better being out in the elements doing something you love.
